WE'LL RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGES

When your packages arrive at our facility we log them in to your account.

Our logging team will open and inspect, weigh and measure each package, and you will receive an email notification detailing what has arrived for you. Need a signature on delivery? No problem, our logging team will sign for your packages.

You Decide When To Ship

You can either request us to ship a package right away or have us hold your package so it can be consolidated and shiped together with other packages that arrive for you. Your skypax online account portal puts you in total control.

For every package, we provide 30 days free storage for standard members and 60 days free storage for premium members. We also offer a range of special services, such as taking photos if you want to visually check an item before shipment.
